Robbi Kelly

Principal

  • Robbi brings 25 years of experience in recruiting and business development, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. She is passionate about understanding the unique needs of each individual and company, ensuring the right match for long-term success. Known for her integrity and personalized approach, Robbi takes the time to truly connect with people, guiding them through the hiring process with transparency and care. As a founding member of Summit Bridge Partners, she leverages her extensive network and industry expertise to create meaningful connections that drive careers and businesses forward.

  • When Robbi isn’t working, she’s staying active and embracing the outdoors. A dedicated runner, she has completed multiple marathons but now enjoys the freedom of running and walking at her own pace. Her newest passion is paddleboarding, where she finds both adventure and tranquility on the waterways throughout Florida. At home, she loves working in her yard and spending time with her daughter, her friends, and her dogs, cats, and pig!  Whether gliding across the water, soaking up the sun, or having meaningful conversations, Robbi brings energy and passion to everything she does—just like in her work connecting people and building lasting relationships.  

Tim Gaiser

Principal

  • Tim brings 15+ years of experience in education and recruitment. He specializes in client relations, business development, and strategic growth, with a strong focus on recruitment, leadership, and market expansion. Committed to integrity and quality, he consistently delivers impactful results. With a proven track record in regional, national, and international recruitment, he drives success by fostering collaboration and reliability through strong partnerships and innovative strategies, ensuring long-term growth.

  • When Tim isn’t connecting top talent with leading organizations, he’s enjoying the outdoors and staying active. A two-time Ironman finisher, accomplished marathoner, and triathlete who has explored 27 countries throughout his recruiting career. Tim enjoys running, cycling, swimming, and skiing. He also loves home projects, car detailing, and coaching lacrosse. Most importantly, he values time with his wife and teenage son and daughter. You’ll often find him cheering them on at sporting events, dining out, traveling, or enjoying a great show or movie. Their Goldendoodle, Kona, is always along for the ride, whether zooming around the yard or hopping in the car for an adventure.
